I've been listening to Jem for about a year and I have to say that she's my favorite kind of artist. Singer/songwriter with a great voice who mixes genres in a way that makes her truly unique. She's from Wales and has been played a lot on KCRW. Check out her sound page to see what I mean. Buy the cd.

Thanks, Guildenstern. My idea is certainly not a new one, but I have great taste (IMHO), so hopefully this blog will be a place you come to often.
